You look through our list of domains and find the one that is right for your business or home web, then purchase it. Depending on whether it's a .com, .biz, .net, ,.info or if it a co.uk, .me.uk will then transfer it to your account (we use 123-reg, godaddy, manage.snapnames, or other registars) in the case of the American derivitives this can take minutes or in the case of the european extensions, transfering it takes minutes but registering it can take weeks (this is due to the way that Nominet works, and don't forget that Nominet charges £11.50 to transfer the domain to your control).
